Sourcing Squad HQ is hiring experienced Amazon product sourcers. Here are the questions we get asked most.

WHO ARE YOU?
A team of 7 that has operated for 2+ years and plans to be around for 20+. Ian and Thomas own the company, stay closely involved, treat the team fairly, and reward people who perform.

IS MY JOB SAFE?
It's as safe as a remote sourcing job gets. We source for TWO separate Amazon seller accounts, so your position doesn't depend on one account staying healthy.

WILL I GET PAID?
Yes. Every other Monday, on time. We have never missed a payment.

WHY DO YOU KEEP SAYING YOU'RE PICKY?
We are one of the best sourcing teams in the space, and we've hired 40 VAs and kept only 6. Most of the ones who left overstated their experience. Our trial period reveals that within the first 3-4 days. Real sourcers pass without trouble and end up on a team that matches their skill.

WHO ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Sourcers, plain and simple. People who love the hunt and get a kick out of finding the next winning lead.

WHAT DO I NEED?
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage), finding deals daily
- Valid references we can contact and verify
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp

WHAT EXPERIENCE DOESN'T COUNT?
Account management, private label, wholesale, team leadership, and general "Amazon VA" work. Only sourcing years count toward the 4. If your background is mostly in those areas, please don't apply.

WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS I HAVE TO HIT?
Every lead must have 50% ROI or better and $7 or more in profit per unit. That's the baseline. If it scares you, this job isn't for you.

WHAT WILL I DO ALL DAY?
- Find profitable, approvable leads with Keepa and SellerAmp
- Log and deliver leads in Google Sheets
- Watch for traps: gated and restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, IP-complaint brands
- Deliver 10 quality leads per shift (8 is the minimum for a full shift)

HOW DO YOU TRACK TIME?
All VAs are on Hubstaff, with a screenshot of your screen every 2 minutes. It keeps everyone's time clock honest. If you work honestly, you won't notice it. If you have bad intentions, skip this posting.

WHAT'S THE PAY?
- Trial: 14 days at $3 USD/hour while we test your skills. If you meet expectations and are offered the next phase, you get a $50 USD bonus at the end.
- Next: $3.50-$4.00/hour for 90 days while you get settled.
- Then: a long-term position with a potential pay increase, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.
- Always: performance incentives on top of your hourly pay.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You pick at least 4 weekdays, and weekends are open too, as long as you reach 40 hours a week. Your days are set for the trial period, then you can submit availability week to week.

WHAT DO YOU CARE ABOUT MOST?
Accuracy, honesty, and consistency, including saying so when you're unsure about a lead. We want someone looking for a long-term home, not a short-term gig.

HOW DO I APPLY?
Applications that skip a step are deleted unread. Start your message with the word SQUAD, then include:
1. A GOOD resume with real thought, detail, and accurate information. Not a quick ChatGPT or Claude resume. Show us your tools, categories, and results, and keep it honest.
2. A 2-3 minute unscripted video (Loom or similar) covering your 4+ years of Amazon product sourcing: tools, categories, and your daily lead count at your last job. This is emailed to ---------- not sent through this platform.
3. The last product you rejected and exactly why
4. Two past employers or sellers we can contact (names and contact info)
5. Your availability for the 14-day trial: which 4+ weekdays you'd work (weekends are open too). After the trial, you can submit availability week to week.
