Hello from Sourcing Squad HQ.

We're looking for serious Amazon product sourcers to join a remote team that has been working together for over two years and intends to keep going for twenty or more.

A LITTLE ABOUT US
There are seven of us on the team right now. Our sourcing supports two separate Amazon seller accounts, which means your role doesn't rise or fall with a single account. If one hits a rough patch, the work continues and so does your paycheck.

We'll be honest about our track record. We've hired 40 VAs and only 6 are still with us. Most of the people who didn't make it had exaggerated their experience, and our trial period shows that within the first 3-4 days. If you really know how to source, you'll do well and you'll enjoy working alongside others at your level. We consider ourselves one of the best sourcing teams in the space, and we keep our standards high.

OUR OWNERS
The company is owned by Ian and Thomas. Both are closely involved, fair with the team, and generous toward people who perform. They're building something meant to last.

We pay every other Monday, on time. In all our time in business we have never missed a payment.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE NEED
Someone who is a sourcer at heart. We don't want account managers, brand builders, or generalists. We want people who get excited about the next deal and treat finding a great lead as the best part of the job.

REQUIRED
- At least 4 years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage) with deals found daily
- Valid references from past employers that we are able to contact and verify
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp

EXPERIENCE THAT WON'T COUNT
Managing Amazon accounts, private label, wholesale, running a team, and general "Amazon VA" work aren't relevant to this role. Only time spent sourcing products counts toward your 4 years. If that's mostly not your background, please don't apply.

THE STANDARD
Each lead you send us must meet both of these:
- 50% ROI or higher
- $7 or more profit per unit
This is our starting point for every lead. If it worries you, this isn't the right job, and that's fine.

YOUR DAILY WORK
- Source profitable, approvable leads using Keepa and SellerAmp
- Log and deliver your leads in Google Sheets
- Identify problem listings: gated or restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, IP-complaint brands
- Deliver 10 quality leads per shift, with a minimum of 8 for a full shift

TIME TRACKING
Everyone on the team is tracked with Hubstaff, which takes a screenshot of your screen every 2 minutes. This is how we keep the time clock honest for the entire team. If you work with integrity, it won't be a concern. If you don't, please skip this posting.

HOW YOU JOIN AND GROW
Step 1: A 14-day paid trial at $3 USD/hour, where we test your skills. If you meet our expectations and we offer you the next phase, you'll get a $50 USD bonus at the end of the trial.
Step 2: 90 days at $3.50-$4.00/hour while you get comfortable on the team.
Step 3: A long-term position with a potential pay increase, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

HOW TO APPLY (applications missing any step are deleted unread)

1. A GOOD resume. It needs real thought, real detail, and accurate information, not a quick one produced by ChatGPT or Claude. List the specific tools, categories, and results from your sourcing work, and be honest.
