JOB OVERVIEW

Extreme Video Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Project Manager to join our team full-time.
Your main responsibility will be making sure projects move smoothly from start to finish. You’ll help coordinate our internal team, keep track of deadlines, communicate with clients, organize deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership. We don't want someone who needs to be reminded constantly about what needs to get done. We want someone who can look at everything happening in the company, understand the priorities, follow up with the right people, and make sure projects are completed on time.
Your Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects from start to completion
Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates
Coordinate with videographers, editors, creatives, and other team members
Assign tasks and clearly communicate deadlines
Track the status of every active project and deliverable
Follow up with team members to make sure deadlines are being met
Review project boards daily and keep everything organized and updated
Make sure client feedback and revision requests are properly communicated to the team
Organize files, footage, assets, and project information
Identify potential delays or problems before they become bigger issues
Help improve our internal systems, workflows, and SOPs
Keep leadership updated on project progress, bottlenecks, and anything requiring attention
Make sure clients receive a professional and organized experience from beginning to end

Previous experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role is highly preferred.
Experience working with a video production company, creative agency, marketing agency, or content team is a major plus.

We want someone who can eventually take complete ownership of the day-to-day project management side of the company.
Compensation & Growth
The starting pay is $350 USD per month.
We will conduct a performance review within the first 30–90 days. Based on your performance, reliability, communication, ability to manage projects, and overall impact on the company, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and additional responsibilities.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term. As the company grows and you prove yourself in the role, there will be opportunities to grow with us.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
You must have consistent availability during working hours and be responsive to the team and clients throughout the workday.
We're looking for someone interested in growing with the company long-term, not someone looking for a temporary position.
