CEBU ONLY
We Are In Cebu This Week. Two Days Only.
Position Summary
Elorae works with education programs in Korea, including Leaders Academy, where students study English, writing, speech, and competitive debate. Our team produces the curriculum, events, marketing, media, and operations work behind those programs, and it is used by real students, parents, teachers, and partners.
We are in Cebu on September 25 and 26 and we are running in-person interviews near IT Park on those two days only. This posting exists to fill those slots.
This is a paid internship, 100 PHP per hour from day one, remote after hiring. The only thing that is not remote is the interview.
Read the timeline before you apply. If you cannot meet it, this posting is not for you and you should apply to our standing internship posting instead.
The Timeline
Apply today. The form closes when the interview slots are filled.
Online screening interviews run September 21 and 22.
We select the strongest few from the screeners.
Those people interview in person in Cebu near IT Park on September 25 or 26.
Offers follow quickly. We are not running a two-month process.
You must already be in Cebu or able to get to IT Park on one of those two days at your own arrangement. We are not covering travel from other provinces for an internship interview.

Other specialist roles considered if you can make a strong case
Strong interns contribute across related areas over time, but we start with the work you can do well now.
What You Need
You must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the Philippines and be at least a second-year student.
You need:
Strong working English
Your own laptop or desktop for roles that require one
Stable internet, minimum 30 Mbps download with acceptable latency
A workspace where you can focus and join video calls
Enough maturity to meet deadlines without being chased
A willingness to learn from direct feedback and revise your work
Availability for an online screener on September 21 or 22, and for Cebu IT Park on September 25 or 26
For design, media, web, curriculum, editing, and other portfolio-based roles, show us what you have already made. Student work is fine if it is genuinely yours and genuinely good.
What You Get
Paid work at 100 PHP per hour from day one.
Real assignments, real feedback, and portfolio material from active programs. If your school requires official documentation for practicum, OJT, or academic credit, we can coordinate directly with your institution.
Strong interns are the first people we look at when regular paid VA positions open. We prefer to promote people whose work we already know.

Complete the Intern application form:
Choose the team that interests you and identify the role or roles that best fit. Include your CV. If the role is creative, technical, curriculum-related, or otherwise sample-driven, include a portfolio or work link.
