I am looking for a reliable, highly professional Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and negotiation experience to help me communicate with creditors regarding three specific accounts.
This is a high-priority, urgent project. One of the accounts is currently in active litigation with a court appearance scheduled in just 3 days (September 24, 2026), making immediate action essential. Because managing these communications causes me severe anxiety, I need a composed, empathetic professional to act as my authorized representative to submit pre-structured settlement proposals, handle follow-ups, and relay responses back to me.
Key Responsibilities
Urgent Litigation Support (Account 1): Immediately contact the legal counsel for a Capital One account currently in litigation to submit a 30% structured settlement offer before the September 24 court date.
Standard Account Negotiations (Accounts 2 & 3): Reach out to the creditors/collectors for two additional accounts to negotiate favorable settlement terms based on provided guidelines.
Communication Management: Send professional, polite
Reporting: Relay counter-offers, agreements, and updates clearly and promptly so I can make final decisions.
Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive financial and legal data with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in debt negotiation, collections, legal administrative support, or high-level customer service.
Communication: Exceptional, professional written and verbal English skills (polite, firm, and clear).
Availability: Must be able to start immediately due to the upcoming court deadline.
Discretion: High emotional intelligence and strict adherence to privacy.
