JOB OVERVIEW

Mapless Marketing is a boutique, Google Partner marketing agency serving law firms and salon/beauty brands nationally. We're looking for a media buyer who genuinely loves the craft. Someone who lives inside ad platforms, tests relentlessly, and gets a thrill out of cracking a campaign that isn't converting. You'll own paid media across Google, Meta, and Bing for a portfolio of client accounts across different industries, including managing our Google Local Services Ads program and helping maintain our Google Partner standing.

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role. Some of our clients can't run ads the traditional way due to industry/website restrictions, so we need someone who can think creatively around those limits and still drive lead flow. You'll work directly with our team, need to be comfortable making fast decisions, and should be excited by variety rather than needing a rigid playbook.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA) for lead generation clients.
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages, and report clearly on what's working and why.
- Maintain and support our Google Partner agency status through account performance and best practices.
- Develop creative, non-traditional ad strategies for regulated or restricted industries (e.g., legal) where standard ad approaches aren't allowed.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily; make fast adjustments as needed.
- Communicate directly and proactively with the internal team on account status, wins, and problems

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid ads on Google, Meta, and Microsoft/Bing.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) setup and optimization.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology (not just running two ads and guessing).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid agency environment with shifting priorities.
- Available to work core US business hours.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate directly and clearly.
- Reliable internet.
- Portfolio or case studies showing measurable lead-flow or conversion results.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tags, etc.

Send us a video to ---------- answering these four questions: Walk us through one A/B test you ran. What did you test, what did the data show, and what did you change because of it? Tell us about a time you had to advertise for a business that couldn't run traditional ads. What did you do instead? You're managing 8+ live accounts at once. How do you decide where to spend your time each day? What's your experience with Google Local Services Ads specifically?
