JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian marketing agency that runs Google and Facebook ads for tree services and trade businesses. The ads work — we need a marketer who can do the research and build the machinery around them. You'll work through a weekly task list set by me. Every task comes with a clear brief and examples — you won't be guessing.

What you'd actually be doing each week:

- Email nurture flows. Building simple email sequences that follow up the leads our ads generate, so they book instead of going cold. We'll give you the offer and the angle — you build the flow, write the drafts, and keep it running.
- Building out Ai lead nuture workflows so when a lead comes from facebook ---------- a message instantly sent saying we will call you soon and then their email goes into our email nuture workflow.
- US competitor research. Finding the top tree service and home-service companies in the United States, pulling apart their landing pages, and checking their traffic in SimilarWeb so we know which pages are actually winning (not just which look nice).
- Landing pages for Google Ads. Taking what the winning US pages do and preparing new landing pages for our Google campaigns — layout, copy draft, sections. You'll work from our existing templates and past pages.
- Meta Ad Library mining. Finding winning ad scripts in OTHER markets and niches (roofing, fencing, pest control, anything home-service) that have been running a long time, and writing short notes on how we'd adapt them for tree services.
What matters in this work:

Research that ends in a recommendation. A list of 20 links is useless. Three competitors with "this is what they're doing and this is what we should copy" is the job.
Following the brief. Tasks are specific. Do the task that was set, flag anything interesting you find on the way.
Suggesting ideas and bringing them forward on a weekly basis and then we can act on them.
Good written English. You'll be drafting emails and landing page copy that real Australian homeowners read.
Consistency. Same output every week, not a big week then a dead one.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Hands-on experience with Google Ads AND Facebook/Meta ads (running them or working inside the accounts — not just theory)
Built email flows in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel or similar
Comfortable with SimilarWeb (or equivalent traffic tools) and Meta Ad Library
Can draft landing page copy and structure a page (design skills a bonus, not required)
Reliable internet, available on Australian business hours overlap at least part of the week
Nice to have, not essential: experience with home-service / local-service lead gen, basic Canva or page-builder skills, Google Tag Manager basics.
