JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented video editor / motion graphics animator to create a polished 60–75 second SaaS product explainer video for Paid360.ai.
Paid360 is an AI-powered accounts receivable platform that connects with QuickBooks and helps businesses identify overdue invoices, prepare customer follow-ups, track promises to pay, disputes, partial payments, and manage the collection process.
This is NOT a generic animated explainer video. We want a premium SaaS-style product demo using our actual software interface as the main visual.
The video will be used when visitors click “See How It Works” on our website.
What we need:
- 60–75 second finished video
- Professional motion graphics and transitions
- Animation of our actual Paid360 dashboard/interface
- Smooth cursor movements, screen zooms, highlights, and UI animations
- Voiceover synchronized with the product demonstration
- Background music and sound design
- Text overlays for important moments
- Ability to subtly animate our AI assistant “Sarah”
- Professional editing suitable for a premium SaaS homepage
- Final versions optimized for website use
The basic story of the video:
1. The Problem
Open with the pain: business owners wasting time chasing customers for overdue invoices.
2. Meet Paid360
Introduce Paid360 as an AI-powered accounts receivable assistant.
3. QuickBooks “Aha” Moment
This is extremely important.
Show the user clicking Connect QuickBooks and then visually show invoices automatically populating inside Paid360.
We want the viewer to immediately understand:
“I don't have to manually enter anything. Paid360 already knows who owes me money.”
Show overdue invoice amounts, days overdue, customer names and total outstanding A/R appearing in the dashboard.
4. Meet Sarah
Show Sarah, our AI assistant, analyzing an overdue invoice and recommending what should happen next.
5. Sarah Creates the Follow-Up
Show Sarah reviewing things such as the outstanding balance, days overdue, payment history, previous communication and customer activity, then preparing an appropriate follow-up email.
6. Major Trust Moment — Human Approval
This is another extremely important part of the video.
Show the message entering a Ready for Approval queue.
Display prominently:
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Nothing is sent without your approval.
Then show the user reviewing the email and clicking Approve & Send.
7. Customer Responds
Show examples such as:
- “I'll pay Friday” → Paid360 records Promise to Pay
- “We already paid this” → Needs Review
- Customer disputes invoice → Follow-Up Paused
- Partial payment received → outstanding balance automatically updates
8. Paid360 Keeps Working
Demonstrate that Sarah remembers what happened and updates the plan for each invoice.
9. Results
Return to the dashboard and show recovered money, resolved invoices, promises to pay and declining overdue A/R.
Main message:
Less chasing. More getting paid.
10. Call to Action
Finish with:
Stop chasing invoices. Start getting paid.
Connect QuickBooks Free
No credit card required
Nothing is sent without your approval
Paid360.ai
IMPORTANT STYLE REQUIREMENTS
We want approximately 75–80% of the video to feature the actual Paid360 software interface.
Think modern SaaS companies such as Stripe, Ramp, QuickBooks, HubSpot, etc. — clean, premium, smooth and professional.
We do not want:
- Generic cartoon explainers
- Excessive stock footage
- Cheap-looking AI animation
- A long logo introduction
- A video that attempts to explain every feature
The product itself should sell the product.
Sarah should feel like an intelligent AI employee working inside Paid360, not a cartoon mascot. Any animation of Sarah should be subtle and professional.
We will provide:
- Paid360 logo/branding
- Access/screenshots or screen recordings of the interface
- Sarah character/image
- Full scene-by-scene storyboard
- Voiceover script
- Guidance on which sections of the software should be demonstrated
When applying
Please send 2–3 examples of SaaS product demo/explainer videos you have personally created.
We are especially interested in examples involving:
- UI animation
- SaaS dashboards
- Motion graphics
- Screen recordings
- Product walkthroughs
Please also tell us what software you use (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Screen Studio, etc.) and your estimated turnaround time.
Do not send generic animation samples. We specifically want to see SaaS/product UI animation work.
There may be significant additional Paid360 video work available for the right person.
