THE COMPANY
We're a 7-person team with more than 2 years behind us and plans to stick around for 20+. We source for two different Amazon seller accounts. That gives our team real stability: if one account has a bad stretch, your job doesn't disappear.

We consider ourselves one of the best sourcing teams around, and we hold a high standard. We've brought on 40 VAs and kept 6. That's not because we're difficult. It's because so many people stretch the truth about their experience. Our trial is built to find that out fast, usually within 3-4 days. If you're the real thing, you'll feel right at home with a team that matches your level.

Here's the part many VAs care about most: we pay every other Monday, on time, every time. We've never once missed a payment. Never.

WHO WE WANT
Pure product sourcers who love the chase. If tracking down the next winning lead is what gets you out of bed, you're who we're looking for.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 or more years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage), finding deals day after day
- Verifiable references from previous employers or sellers
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp

EXPERIENCE WE DON'T COUNT
Account management, private label, wholesale, team leadership, and general "Amazon VA" work don't count here. Only time spent sourcing products counts toward the 4 years. If your resume is mostly in those areas, please don't apply.

OUR NUMBERS
Every lead needs to hit:
- 50% ROI minimum
- $7 profit per unit minimum
Those aren't stretch targets. They're the floor. If that sounds like too much, this isn't the right fit, and that's completely fine.

THE WORK
- Find profitable, approvable leads using Keepa and SellerAmp
- Log and deliver your leads in Google Sheets
- Catch the traps: gated and restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, and IP-complaint brands
- Deliver 10 quality leads per shift, with 8 as the minimum for a full shift

TIME TRACKING
We track every VA on Hubstaff, with a screenshot of your screen every 2 minutes. It keeps the whole team honest and the time clock trustworthy. Honest workers have nothing to worry about. If you have bad intentions, skip this one.

PAY AND PROGRESSION
Phase 1: A 14-day paid trial at $3 USD/hour while we test your skills. Meet our expectations and get invited to the next phase, and you'll receive a $50 USD bonus at the end of the trial.
Phase 2: $3.50-$4.00/hour for 90 days while you get acclimated to the team.
Phase 3: A long-term position with a potential pay increase, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

WHAT YOU GET
- A $50 USD bonus for finishing the trial and earning the next phase
- Reliable pay every other Monday
- Performance incentives on top of your hourly pay
- Schedule flexibility: choose at least 4 weekdays, and weekends are open too. Your days are fixed during the trial, then you can submit availability week to week.
- Only one hard requirement on hours: 40 per week
- A stable team, two seller accounts, and a company built for the long haul

- Accuracy, honesty, and consistency, including saying so when you're unsure about a lead
- Someone looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term gig

HOW TO APPLY (skip a step and your application is deleted unread)
Open your message with the word SQUAD. Then send:
1. A GOOD resume with real thought, real detail, and accurate information. A quick resume from ChatGPT or Claude won't cut it. Show us the tools, categories, and results from your sourcing work, and keep it honest.
2. An unscripted 2-3 minute video (Loom or similar) about your 4+ years sourcing for Amazon. Cover your tools, categories, and how many leads you delivered per day in your last role. This video goes by email to ---------- not through this platform.
3. The last product you rejected, and why
4. Two past employers or sellers we can contact for references (names and contact info)
5. Availability for the 14-day trial: the 4+ weekdays you'll work (weekends welcome). After the trial, you can send availability week to week.
