Seven of us work together today. We've been operating for over two years, and we're building for the next twenty. Our sourcing feeds two separate Amazon seller accounts, so your paycheck isn't tied to the fate of a single account. If one runs into trouble, the team keeps working.

Let's be upfront: we're among the strongest sourcing teams in this space, and we're selective about it. Forty VAs have come through our doors and six stayed. The reason is simple. A lot of applicants oversell their background, and our trial exposes that quickly, typically in the first 3-4 days. Truly skilled sourcers breeze through it and end up working alongside people just as sharp.

THE OWNERS AND THE PAY
Ian and Thomas own the company and take an active role in it. They value people who deliver, they reward them for it, and they're committed to a company that lasts for decades.

Payday is every other Monday, and it arrives on time. We have never missed one. If a previous employer left you chasing payments, that ends here.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A sourcer, through and through. You get a thrill from spotting the deal everyone else scrolled past. Finding great leads should be your favorite part of the day, not a chore.

MUST-HAVES
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage), hunting deals daily
- Past employers or sellers who will vouch for your work, and whom we can actually reach
- Comfort with Keepa and SellerAmp

WHAT WON'T QUALIFY YOU
Time spent managing Amazon accounts, building private label brands, doing wholesale, leading a team, or doing general "Amazon VA" tasks doesn't count. Only years spent sourcing products go toward the 4-year minimum. If most of your background is in those areas, this isn't the role for you.

THE BAR
Every lead you submit needs to clear both of these:
- 50% ROI or better
- $7 or more profit per unit
That's the baseline, not a goal to work toward. If those numbers intimidate you, no hard feelings. This just isn't your job.

DAY-TO-DAY
- Hunt down profitable, approvable leads with Keepa and SellerAmp
- Record and deliver everything in Google Sheets
- Spot the deal-killers: gated or restricted brands, Amazon selling on the listing, collapsing price history, variation mismatches, and IP-complaint brands
- Submit 10 quality leads per shift. Eight is the minimum for a full shift.

HOW WE VERIFY YOUR TIME
All VAs on our team use Hubstaff, which captures your screen every 2 minutes. This protects honest workers and keeps the whole team's time clock trustworthy. If you work with integrity, you'll never think about it. If you don't, please skip this posting.

YOUR PATH WITH US
1. Start with a 14-day paid trial at $3 USD/hour, where we test your true skills. If you meet expectations and are invited to the next phase, we add a $50 USD bonus at the end of the trial.
2. Then you move up to $3.50-$4.00/hour for 90 days as you settle in.
3. After that, you'll be offered a long-term position with a potential raise, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

HOW TO APPLY (incomplete applications are deleted unread)
Begin your message with the word SQUAD, then include:
1. A GOOD resume. It should be detailed, thoughtful, and accurate, not something a chatbot spit out in 30 seconds. Name your tools, the categories you've sourced, and your results, and stay honest.
2. A 2-3 minute unscripted video (Loom or similar) about your 4+ years sourcing for Amazon: tools, categories, and your average daily lead count at your last job. Email the video to ---------- rather than sending it here.
3. The most recent product you rejected, and your exact reasoning
4. Two past employers or sellers we can contact (names and how to reach them)
5. Your availability for the 14-day trial: which 4+ weekdays you'll work (weekends welcome). After the trial, you can submit availability weekly.

SENDING THE VIDEO AND ANYTHING ELSE

Email your video, plus anything you couldn't attach to your application, to ---------- SQUAD and your full name in the subject line. No video means an incomplete application, and incomplete applications aren't considered.
