Sourcing Squad HQ is hiring experienced Amazon product sourcers.

WHO WE ARE
We're a team of 7 that has been running for 2+ years, and we plan to be here for 20 or more. We source for TWO separate Amazon seller accounts, so your job doesn't depend on a single account staying healthy. That kind of stability is rare in this space.

We are one of the best sourcing teams out there, and we're picky. We've hired 40 VAs and kept 6. That isn't because we're hard to work for. It's because most people overstate their experience. Our trial period is designed to find that out fast, usually within the first 3-4 days. If you're genuinely good at this, the trial will be easy for you and you'll be glad to work with people at your level.

WHY PEOPLE STAY
The people who make it through our trial tend to stay, and it starts at the top. Ian and Thomas, the owners, are involved, fair, and serious about building something that lasts. They respect good work, they reward it, and they take care of their team.

We pay on time, every other Monday, without fail. We have never missed a payment. Ever. If you've been burned by late or unreliable pay before, you won't have to worry about that here.

WHO THIS IS FOR
We want product sourcers, period. People who love the hunt and live for the next deal. Finding a winning lead should be the part of the job you enjoy most.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- At least 4 years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage), finding deals day in and day out
- Valid references from past employers that we can contact and verify
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp

EXPERIENCE THAT DOES NOT COUNT
We are not interested in experience managing Amazon accounts, private label, wholesale, running a team, or general "Amazon VA" work. Only years spent sourcing products count toward the 4 years. If your background is mostly in those areas, please don't apply.

OUR STANDARDS
Every lead you bring us must meet these numbers:
- 50% ROI minimum
- $7 profit per unit minimum
These are not stretch goals. They are the baseline. If those numbers scare you, this job is not for you, and that's completely fine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find profitable, approvable product leads for Amazon using Keepa and SellerAmp
- Log and deliver your leads in Google Sheets
- Catch the traps: gated and restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, IP-complaint brands
- Deliver 10 quality leads per shift (8 is the minimum for a full shift)

TIME TRACKING (READ THIS)
Every VA on our team is tracked on Hubstaff. It takes a screenshot of your screen every 2 minutes. We do this so everyone on the team, including you, can trust the time clock. If you work honestly, it will never be an issue. If you have bad intentions, please skip this job posting.

HOW HIRING WORKS
1. 14-day paid trial at $3 USD/hour. We test your real skills during this time. If you meet our expectations and are offered the move to the next phase, you receive a $50 USD bonus at the end of the trial.
2. Next, you move to $3.50-$4.00/hour for 90 days while you settle into the team.
3. If you pass that phase, you're offered a long-term position with a potential pay increase, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

WHAT WE OFFER
- $50 USD bonus for completing the trial and being offered the next phase
- Paid on time every other Monday, without fail
- Performance incentives on top of your hourly pay for great work
- Flexible schedule: you choose at least 4 weekdays to work, and weekends are open too. Your days are set for the trial period, then you can submit your availability week to week.
- The only requirement is 40 hours per week
- A stable team, two seller accounts, and a company built to last

WHO WE WANT
- Someone accurate, honest, and consistent who says so when they aren't sure about a lead
- Someone who wants a long-term home, not a short-term gig

HOW TO APPLY (applications that skip this are deleted unread)

5. Your availability for the 14-day trial period: which 4+ weekdays you'd work (weekends are open too). After the trial, your availability can be submitted week to week.
