ABOUT THE ROLE
A major restoration brand on the U.S. East Coast is hiring a full-time remote Dispatcher / Job File Coordinator.
Your first job is the phone. When a homeowner calls at 7pm with water pouring through their ceiling, you answer, calm them down, get the details, and get a crew moving.
Between calls you keep insurance restoration job files organized and moving from first notice of loss through closeout.
We'll teach you restoration. You bring the voice, the calm, and the follow-through.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer every inbound call live during your shift. No voi
Take new loss intake: what happened, where, when, insurance info, callback number.
Dispatch on-call crews and confirm arrival times with the customer.
Return missed calls and follow up on open leads the same shift.
Create, maintain, and track job files from intake to completion.
Follow up with clients, adjusters, and vendors on outstanding items.
Schedule inspections and coordinate with project managers.
Upload and organize photos, estimates, invoices, and correspondence.
Keep job management software (ClickUp/CRM) current and accurate.
Flag urgent items in claim-related
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am U.S. Eastern (3:00am to 12:00pm Manila).
1-hour unpaid lunch, 8 paid hours per day.
Fixed shift, long term. Daytime in Manila, no night work.
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
Speak clear, confident, natural English on the phone with American customers.
Stay calm and friendly with someone who is stressed or upset.
Have taken inbound calls before: dispatch, customer service, intake, or reception.
Are detail-oriented and can own a file load without being chased.
Have a quiet workspace, a good headset, and reliable internet with a backup connection.
Know or are willing to learn Xactimate basics.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in restoration, insurance claims, or property services admin.

Have background noise, shared space, or unreliable power or internet.
Need heavy day-to-day supervision.
PAY
$7 to $8 per hour depending on experience, full-time.
Weekly pay in U.S. dollars via Wise or Payoneer.
13th month pay.
Raise reviewed after 90 days based on call handling and file accuracy.
