JOB OVERVIEW

Support the owner across e-commerce operations and digital marketing. You'll handle scheduling, inbox management, research, and administrative tasks tied to running multiple e-commerce and content brands. Pay starts at $175 a week, then increases from there. Full-time work hours. Hours expected to work are from 6 AM Mountain Standard Time to 2 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
Manage the owner's calendar, email, and daily priorities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and platform contacts (Amazon, Billo, email marketing platforms)
Track deadlines across multiple brand projects and content campaigns
Prepare reports, summaries, and briefs from raw data or notes
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, or expense tracking
Research tools, competitors, and industry trends as needed
Assist with content calendar organization and campaign scheduling
Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks that free up the owner's time for strategy and content creation

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally in ecommerce, marketing, or a fast-moving small business
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and basic ecommerce platforms
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines

Nice to have:
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience supporting a solo founder or small team
Interest in ecommerce, content creation, or digital marketing
