JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing AAA Insurance Agency based in the Chicago area looking for an experienced telemarketing team/call center to handle outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.

We are looking specifically for a team that can provide female callers with excellent English and a strong phone presence.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to provided insurance leads
Follow up with old and new prospects
Identify auto/home cross-sell opportunities
Qualify interested prospects
Schedule appointments with our licensed agents
Leave voicemails and complete follow-ups
Keep accurate call notes and dispositions
Requirements
Female callers available for our campaign
Excellent spoken English
Clear and easy for U.S. customers to understand
Friendly, confident, and conversational
Previous telemarketing or appointment-setting experience
U.S. insurance experience preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Reliable internet, headset, and professional calling environment
Schedule

We are based in Chicago and operate on Central Time (CT).

Callers must be available during U.S. business hours, including afternoon and early evening Central Time.
