JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an e-commerce finance professional to manage bookkeeping, reporting, payroll, and cash-flow forecasting. Remote, long-term role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
• Reconcile banks, credit cards, Shopify sales, and payment processors, including refunds, fees, chargebacks, and payout timing.
• Track inventory, COGS, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
• Update weekly cash-flow forecasts and track product and channel profitability.
• Investigate discrepancies, flag cash shortfalls, and improve financial processes.
• Coordinate with our accountant or tax professional as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on finance or bookkeeping experience with high-scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is required.
• CheckoutChamp experience is preferred.
• Strong QuickBooks Online or Xero and Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with accrual accounting, inventory, payment reconciliation, and payroll.
• Clear English, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
