About Us
JNK Online Coaching is a Canadian based online fitness and nutrition coaching company helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause. We've coached 1,000+ women and are growing a content-driven brand across Instagram, YouTube, and paid ad channels. We're looking for a skilled video editor to help us produce high-converting short-form content, ads, and testimonial videos at scale.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) for organic and paid content
Cut direct-response video ads following brand and compliance guidelines
Edit client testimonial/voice-of-customer videos into polished ad assets
Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing that keeps viewers watching
Turn raw footage (talking-head, UGC, webinar clips) into scroll-stopping content
Collaborate with our content and marketing team on scripts, hooks, and creative direction
Manage multiple projects and turnaround content quickly and consistently

What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing short-form social content and/or direct-response ads
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention-driven editing
Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
Comfortable working with raw/unscripted footage and turning it into compelling content
Experience in the fitness, coaching, wellness, or health space a plus
Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to take feedback quickly
Bonus: experience with motion graphics, sound design, or basic graphic design
