JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT WE MAKE

We are a jewelry e-commerce brand. You will make all of our video content.

Mostly AI UGC with realistic people — a person on camera talking about the product. It has to be indistinguishable from real footage. Not the typical AI UGC with plastic skin and dead eyes. Not AI slop. If a viewer can tell it was generated, the video failed.

Also: ASMR unboxing, styling videos, AI talking heads, some animation. But realistic AI UGC is the core of the job.

HOW WE WORK

I give you the brief: the concept, the angle, what the video has to do. You write the prompts, run the generations, and cut the finished video.

Sometimes the brief comes with a reference video. Sometimes it does not. You work with both.

Generation and editing both matter. Generation is the harder half.

We pay for every tool and every credit. If you already have your own (CapCut Pro, Claude, an AI video subscription), that is a plus. If not, we provide them.

We are not tied to one platform. You should be comfortable switching models.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Experience is not optional, and I mean advanced experience. Not a few tests, not a course. Months of real work, enough that you know each model's weaknesses and have a process you can explain.

Provable experience generating AI video — Higgsfield, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Hailuo. Work you made yourself.
AI people that look real. This is the skill I am hiring for. Show it.
You write your own prompts, with or without a reference video
Efficiency. Regenerating is normal; thirty attempts is not.
Strong editing: pacing, timing, sound
Fluent English, written and spoken
Flexible hours. I work in Central European Time and need you online during part of my day. Which part is negotiable.
Reliable internet and a computer that handles video work

There is no training period.

HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours minimum. If you can do 50, I want that and I pay for every hour. One person, one brand.

PAY

$5 per hour to start. About $867 per month at 40 hours.

I pay $7 for someone genuinely good. Do the trial, show me the work, and we talk.

Be realistic with yourself. If you know you cannot deliver at that level, do not apply.

Longer term, once there is trust: a fixed monthly fee for an agreed number of videos instead of hourly.

THE TRIAL — PAID

Two short test videos: one realistic AI UGC piece, one animated. I send both briefs.

I pay $25 for the two together, including credits, whether or not I hire you.

After that: a paid trial project at your full rate, then the ongoing role.

HOW TO APPLY
