About Us:
Natalie Rivier is an award-winning health educator with 25+ years in the wellness industry. For 18 years, she owned and operated a branch of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, educating and mentoring thousands of nutrition professionals. Today, she helps nutritionists, health coaches and wellness professionals turn their passion for health into successful businesses.

Position Overview:
I’m looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help grow my personal brand through Instagram Reels, carousels and YouTube Shorts, with potential expansion to TikTok.

I will provide the expertise, raw videos and many of the core ideas. I’m looking for someone who can help turn those ideas into content people actually want to watch, read, save and share.

Responsibilities:
Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts and potentially TikToks
Create Instagram carousels
Turn raw talking-head videos into polished short-form content
Repurpose longer videos and workshops
Help develop hooks, captions and content angles
Brainstorm new content ideas and series
Stay aware of trends and suggest ways we can use them appropriately

Qualifications:
Experience creating social media content for personal brands
Strong short-form video editing and Canva skills
Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube
Excellent written English
Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
Prefer female candidates looking for a long-term role with lots of potential for growth in my company
Experience with health, nutrition, fitness, wellness or alternative health is highly preferred

Who I’m Looking For:
I’m not looking for someone who only wants to receive instructions and complete tasks.

I want someone who will get to know my brand and audience and become part of the creative process. If you think a hook could be better, tell me. If something I say would make a great Reel, flag it. If you think an idea won't work, say so — and suggest something better.

You should also genuinely understand or be interested in the health and wellness space. My audience is made up of nutritionists, health coaches and wellness professionals, so understanding how important health is to them will help you create much better content.
