JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a video editor who can consistently deliver high performing direct-response video ads for Meta

Compensation:
- $1,500–$3,000 USD/month (depends on experience & track record)
- Uncapped bonuses on winning ads (high spend with target CPA)

A big part of this role is being highly competent with AI tools.

You should be comfortable using AI to improve speed, quality, and creative output, including things like realistic avatars, AI-assisted UGC, voiceovers, image/video generation, ad variations, and any new tools that help us produce better ads faster.

You’ll be working under a creative strategist who will provide clear briefs, direction, and feedback.

But we also want someone who can bring their own ideas to the table.

If you come up with your own ad concepts and they perform well, you’ll receive bonuses for each winning concept.

You should be able to:

• Edit strong direct-response video ads for Meta
• Use AI tools confidently and practically, not just in theory
• Understand which clips should go where, and why
• Think strategically about hooks, pacing, captions, framing, and retention
• Take feedback well and apply learnings across future edits
• Work with the team to document learnings and help build SOPs
• Bring your own creative concepts and angles when you see an opportunity
• Care about improving, testing, learning, and getting better every week

Experience with DTC brands, Meta ads, AI video tools, UGC editing, and direct-response creative is essential.
