JOB OVERVIEW

Daily Media Group is a growing portfolio of online media brands (CareerAddict, HRAddict, The Daily Wellness, Mental Health Pros) reaching over 10 million readers in more than 50 countries. We're a remote-first team, and we're looking for a natural conversationalist to become the on-camera face of our brands.

You'll interview experts across different niches and host podcasts, video interviews and live online events. This is not a read-the-teleprompter job. You'll research each guest before the interview, ask the questions their audience wishes someone would ask, listen well, and steer the conversation to the most interesting places.

What you'll do:
- Host and conduct on-camera interviews with experts (podcasts, video interviews, online events)
- Research each guest in depth and prepare a question flow that goes beyond the obvious
- Host live online events such as webinars, panels and Q&As
- Work with our content team to shape interviews into engaging content
- Represent the brand professionally on camera

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in front of the camera (videos, hosting events, podcasts or interviews). You'll show us footage, not just tell us about it
- A natural conversationalist who is comfortable on camera and on live streams
- Strong research skills and an instinct for engaging content
- Fluent, clear and confident English
- Presentable and professional on every recording: grooming, wardrobe, background and lighting
- Nice to have: basic video and audio setup knowledge, and experience growing an audience on YouTube, podcasts or social media

Work details: fully remote, about 4 hours a day, part-time to start with room to grow. Flexible daily hours.
