JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a video editor to edit 8 monthly youtube videos. (2 a week). And one short cut from the long-form video to upload to socials. These will be anywhere from 12-18 minutes. They are talking head-type videos, minimal editing, but adding text, b-roll, and some music/logo. I have a brand standards guide and know what I like. I'd like this to be an ongoing collaboration. Also create 2 YT Thumbnails for each with guidance.

I'd like someone who is meticulous with details as previous work with an editor who made a lot of mistakes with the text was time-consuming for me to manage.

I have a growing channel in the LGBTQ+ relationship and sex education space. You must be comfortable with this work and being part of the community or having knowledge of the community is a big plus.
