JOB OVERVIEW

We're CoreCut Digital, a UK agency running paid ads exclusively for roofing and home improvement companies. We're hiring a media buyer to take ownership of ad account performance as we continue to scale.

What you'll own

Day-to-day management and optimisation of Meta ad accounts for our clients (lead generation, not e-commerce)
Hitting agreed cost-per-lead and cost-per-booked-appointment targets on every account
Launching campaigns for new clients as they onboard
Flagging when creative is fatiguing so our creative team can produce refreshes
Weekly reporting on account performance

You must have

2+ years managing Meta ad accounts, ideally local service or lead-gen (not dropshipping/e-com)
Experience running multiple accounts at once
Ability to diagnose whether a performance drop is creative, audience, offer, or landing page and explain your reasoning
Strong written English, as you'll report in writing
Reliable internet and availability with a few hours of UK business hours overlap

Nice to have

Home improvement, roofing & local trades business lead gen
Familiarity with CRM/lead tracking and understanding what happens to a lead after the form fill
