JOB OVERVIEW

We are opening a Frozen Yoghurt, Cheeky Cinnabon's, Great Coffee Cafe. We need to create a big HYPE!!!! Fun, TikTok, Insta, Facebook etc

We are looking for an experienced, creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to build our website and take ownership of our online marketing and advertising.

You must have practical experience creating professional websites, managing social media and running advertising campaigns that generate enquiries and sales. We want someone who can bring ideas, work independently and turn those ideas into measurable results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Website development: Build, launch and maintain an attractive, mobile-friendly website with clear navigation, enquiry forms and search engine optimisation.
Social media management: Manage our TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting and responding to comments and enquiries.
Content creation: Create engaging graphics, promotional material, captions, Reels and TikTok videos using footage and photos we supply.
Online advertising: Set up, manage and optimise Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
SEO and online visibility: Improve our search visibility and manage our Google Business Profile.
Website analytics: Set up and monitor Google Analytics, conversion tracking and advertising pixels so we can see what is working.
Reporting: Provide clear reports on website traffic, enquiries, sales, advertising spend and campaign performance.
Marketing strategy: Suggest promotions and fresh ideas to grow our audience, attract customers and increase sales.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in website development and digital marketing.
A portfolio of websites you have built and social media accounts you have managed.
Experience with paid advertising, including examples of results achieved.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good graphic design and video editing skills.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and reliable communication.
Reliable internet and your own suitable computer.
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
