JOB OVERVIEW

I run a marketing agency and an online community (Skool) that teaches people how to build SMMAs. We already have 500+ paying members in the community, and the Instagram account we're using to funnel new members in has 30k+ followers. I need someone who actually knows ManyChat, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Zapier to build an automation that turns those Instagram DMs into paid Skool members.

What you'll be doing:
Building a ManyChat flow that DMs people who message a keyword on Instagram
Setting up tags, conditions, delays, and branches inside ManyChat
Connecting ManyChat and Skool to GHL through Zapier
Building a tracking link so we can both see how many people join through this automation

What I'm handling:
All the actual messages, scripts, and voice notes
The logic and structure, already mapped out for you. You're building exactly what's handed to you, not figuring out the sequence yourself

Pay:
100% commission. You get 10% of every membership that joins through your tracking link. Membership is $39/month, so every 100 signups through your link is $390 USD. We review this together every month.

Must have:
Real experience building in ManyChat, not just used it as a customer
Comfortable in GHL, workflows, custom fields, pipelines
Used Zapier to connect apps before
Can actually build reliable tracking and attribution, this is a big part of the job
