ABOUT US

We're a North American based performance marketing agency. We run Meta advertising for e-commerce brands in restricted and regulated categories: canna and CBD accessories, nicotine, spirits, and research peptides. These are underserved brands in acute pain, and we get them live and spending fast.

We are small, direct, and we do not micromanage. What we need is people who close their own loops.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

This is not a role where you inherit warm accounts and tune creative. Roughly half this job is keeping ad accounts alive, and the other half is getting campaigns live before they die. If that sounds unappealing, stop reading. You will be unhappy here.

Day to day: sourcing and warming profiles, BMs and ad accounts; billing and verification; building and publishing campaigns across multiple accounts and brands; appeals and reinstatement; and reporting status in writing without being asked.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Hands-on Meta buying experience in restricted, grey or high-risk verticals. Mainstream dropshipping or local lead gen alone is not enough.
- YOUR OWN ACCOUNT SUPPLY CHAIN, or a clear and specific process for building one. This is the single most important requirement. If your answer is "I use whatever the client gives me," you are not a fit.
- Real experience with appeals, business verification, and what actually gets accounts reinstated versus what wastes a week.
- Pixel and Conversions API setup, BM structure, and enough technical comfort to debug tracking yourself.
- Written English strong enough to explain a problem clearly the first time.

HOURS

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time. Fixed.

We deliberately do not want anyone working past midnight their own time. Outside those hours you are off, with one narrow exception for a disabled account or runaway spend.

PAY

7 to 10 USD per hour depending on demonstrated experience, paid twice monthly. Starts with a paid two-week trial on one client, at full rate. Performance review at 60 days.
