JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Graphic / Brand Designer to create polished, elevated, attention-grabbing visuals for three connected beauty businesses:

* A premium local spray-tanning service business
* An edgy sunless beauty brand offering products, education, apparel, and artist tools
* A modern B2B fulfillment, wholesale, and disposable-products company for the sunless and beauty industry

We want design that feels premium, recognizable, feminine, confident, and high-converting—not generic Canva graphics.

Core Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Design

* Create social-media graphics, promotional offers, ads, flyers, email graphics, and story assets
* Design branded templates that make future content faster and more consistent
* Create visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and local marketing
* Maintain each business’s visual identity while ensuring all designs feel polished and cohesive

E-Commerce & Product Design

* Create product labels, bottle mockups, packaging concepts, inserts, and product-launch graphics
* Design Shopify banners, collection graphics, product images, and email visuals
* Create wholesale sheets, pitch decks, training materials, and branded documents as needed
* Prepare print-ready files when applicable

Creative Direction

* Turn rough concepts, references, and ideas into polished visual content
* Recommend stronger typography, layouts, colors, and visual direction when needed
* Keep brand assets, templates, fonts, and files organized

Requirements

* Strong portfolio in beauty, skincare, fashion, e-commerce, lifestyle, or luxury branding
* Advanced Canva skills required; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and social-media design
* Ability to create polished static graphics and realistic product mockups
* Excellent attention to detail and openness to revisions
