Job Description: As an Accountant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of ours and clients’ financial records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank and accounts reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant has an advantage
Preferably with experience in accounting / audit firms
Background in Australian accounting principles and practices is an advantage but not required
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks Online, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft 365 suite
