JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Ongoing Monthly Retainer

We produce high-volume paid social ads for DTC ecommerce brands and need an experienced AI video creator/editor who can handle the full production process** — from script or lyrics to a finished Meta/TikTok ad.

We create AI song ads, voiceover ads, animated/story ads, and UGC-style creatives. This is not just an editing role; you need to be strong at AI generation and performance ad editing.

## What You'll Do

* Generate consistent AI characters, scenes, product shots, B-roll, and image-to-video clips
* Create lip-sync, AI songs, voiceovers, and basic sound design
* Edit complete 60–120 second ads with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and retention
* Turn winning ads into variations with new hooks, characters, scenes, and lengths
* Deliver 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 versions
* Maintain organized characters, prompts, templates, and project files

## What We're Looking For

* **Strong Higgsfield experience**, especially character consistency, image-to-video, lip sync, camera control, and efficient prompting
* Experience with tools such as **Kling, Runway, Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Suno, and ElevenLabs**
* **Real paid-social editing experience** — you understand the difference between a good-looking video and an ad that holds attention and sells
* Strong Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, or equivalent editing skills
* Fast and reliable enough to produce several ads per week with same-day revisions when needed
* Able to work independently from creative direction without constant supervision

## Terms

* Remote, ongoing monthly retainer
* Rate based on experience, quality, and weekly capacity
* We pay for Higgsfield and all other AI tool credits/accounts**
