JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a creative video editor with strong storytelling skills to help turn a large amount of raw footage from my hair transplant journey into multiple short-form videos for social media. The footage includes traveling to Istanbul, consultation day, hairline design, operation day, recovery, progress updates, and behind-the-scenes footage. You need to be able to sort through long folders of raw footage, identify the important moments, and piece clips together into a clear, engaging story—not simply follow a list of timestamps. I will provide general direction, but I want an editor who can use their own creative judgment and understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, music, and short-form content. I will initially offer 1–2 test edits to determine whether your editing and storytelling style is a good fit. If a test edit is well done and I choose to use the finished video, it will be paid. There is potential for ongoing work if we work well together.
Wage/Salary: $5–$10 USD per completed video, thats including revisions. 5-10$ for the finished video, depending on quality and complexity

Skill Requirements: Video Editing, Short-Form Video Editing, Storytelling, Social Media Content, Instagram Reels, TikTok, CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro, subtitles/captions, music selection, pacing, ability to organize and work through large amounts of raw footage
