JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency serving the professional services industry, and we're hiring an experienced Marketing & Technology Account Manager to join our remote team. This is an immediate opening.

This is a client-facing leadership role, not an entry-level or virtual assistant position. If you do not have direct account management experience, please do not apply.

What you'll do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Translate client goals into clear direction for internal marketing and tech teams
Proactively manage client relationships, expectations, and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and resolve issues before they escalate

What we require:

Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in account management within marketing, technology, or a related agency environment
Proven leadership and management skills — you will be guiding both client relationships and internal team coordination
Verifiable professional references who can confirm your account management experience
Excellent English: you must be able to read, write, and speak fluent, professional American English
Availability to work core hours aligned with US Pacific Time
Reliable internet and a professional home office setup

Please note: candidates whose background is limited to general virtual assistant (VA) work, without direct account management or project management experience, will not be considered. We are looking specifically for someone who has managed client accounts or projects — not administrative support experience alone.

Compensation: Up to $2,500/month USD, based on experience.
