JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency serving the professional services industry, and we're hiring an experienced Website & Marketing Project Manager to join our remote team. This is an immediate opening.

This is a leadership role, not an entry-level or virtual assistant position. If you do not have direct project management experience, please do not apply.

What you'll do:

Manage website builds and marketing campaign timelines from kickoff to delivery
Coordinate across SEO, content, design, dev, and paid media teams
Own client-facing communication and set expectations proactively
Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on scope

What we require:

Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in project management for websites and/or digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills — you'll be directing the work of others, not just executing tasks
Verifiable professional references who can confirm your project management experience
Excellent English: you must be able to read, write, and speak fluent, professional American English
Availability to work core hours aligned with US Pacific Time
Reliable internet and a professional home office setup

Please note: candidates whose background is limited to general virtual assistant (VA) work, without direct project management or account management experience, will not be considered. We are looking specifically for someone who has managed projects, teams, or client accounts — not administrative support experience alone.

Compensation: Up to $2,500/month USD, based on experience.
