JOB OVERVIEW

Administrative Assistant – Licensing & Credentialing

Remote | Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and resourceful Administrative Assistant with experience in professional licensing or credentialing.

You do not need direct experience with our exact processes. What matters most is that you have licensing experience, strong research skills, excellent English, and the ability to figure things out independently.

What You’ll Do:

* Assist with professional licensing and credentialing processes
* Gather requirements and prepare applications and documents
* Track applications, renewals, deadlines, and follow-ups
* Research licensing requirements and unfamiliar processes
* Communicate with licensing organizations and other external contacts
* Organize documents and maintain accurate records
* Research and create SOPs for new processes
* Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
* Learn and work with different software and online platforms

Who Should Apply?

* Previous experience with professional licensing is required
* Healthcare provider credentialing, insurance credentialing, or physician licensing experience is strongly preferred
* Strong research and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Resourceful and able to work independently
* Fast learner who can take initiative

Requirements:

* Previous licensing or credentialing experience
* Administrative or VA experience preferred
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable researching unfamiliar processes
* Stable internet and quiet workspace
* Updated Resume/CV

Experience with ---------- , Google Drive, Apollo, Squarespace, or Lindy AI is a plus but not required.
