JOB OVERVIEW

**Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM EST | Profit Share Opportunity Upon Launch | $200 weekly + signup bonus's

We're launching **The NYC Classifieds** — think **Craigslist + Nextdoor, rebuilt for NYC**. The platform is already built and live, but we're gated until we reach **10,000 verified NYC users**.

I'm looking for **one person to take ownership of growing and operating this brand with me.**

### What You'll Do
- **Grow us to 10,000 NYC users**
- Create/manage **TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.**
- Find creative ways to reach New Yorkers: social, blogs, forums, local groups, businesses, realtors, partnerships, outreach, etc.
- Create content and promote the brand **every day**
- Answer user emails, messages, DMs, and questions
- Monitor the community and overall user experience
- Track growth and report results
- Coordinate with our developer when necessary
- **Take initiative without waiting for me to assign tasks**

### The Opportunity
NYC is only the beginning.

After proving the model in NYC, we're taking the platform nationwide as **Hoodap**, with the long-term goal of expanding into **1,000+ U.S. cities**.

This is a **ground-floor position** with room for increased compensation, responsibility, management, and potential **profit-sharing based on performance and growth**.
