JOB OVERVIEW

We are TestFi.app, a platform that helps Android and iOS developers find real testers, complete Google Play closed testing requirements, collect app feedback, and test their apps before launch.

We are looking for a hands-on Reddit Outreach Specialist who can find relevant developer conversations and naturally introduce TestFi when it genuinely fits.

This is an execution-focused role. We are not looking for long marketing strategies or reports. We need someone who understands Reddit culture, can find relevant posts, and can write short, natural comments that sound like a real Reddit user.

Weekly responsibilities:

Publish approximately 2 relevant Reddit posts per week
Write approximately 30–35 relevant Reddit comments per week
Aim for at least 10 comments per week that include a relevant TestFi link, only when appropriate and allowed by the subreddit
Find developers discussing:
Google Play 12-tester / closed-testing requirements
Production access problems or rejection
Testers dropping out during the 14-day period
Finding beta testers
App feedback and usability testing
TestFlight / Android testing
Pre-launch app testing
Track all Reddit posts and comments in our shared Google Sheet
Submit a simple weekly activity report

Reddit account requirement:

You must have and use your own legitimate Reddit account with genuine activity history.

We do not accept purchased or rented accounts, account farms, fake testimonials, artificial upvotes, bots, mass copy-paste posting, or methods designed to bypass Reddit or subreddit restrictions.

You must follow each subreddit’s rules. When your connection to TestFi should reasonably be disclosed, do not pretend to be an independent TestFi customer.

Compensation:

$4–$5/hour depending on experience.

PLUS $2 bonus for every first-time developer who comes through your tracked Reddit outreach and launches a paid campaign on TestFi.app.

Bonuses are based on confirmed paid developers, not clicks or free signups.

This role can grow if Reddit becomes a profitable acquisition channel for TestFi.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Reddit culture
Strong written English
Existing legitimate Reddit account
Experience with Reddit marketing, community engagement, outreach, or lead generation
Able to write natural, conversational comments
Comfortable with SaaS, apps, Android/iOS, startups, or developer communities
Reliable and organized with Google Sheets
