**Client Success Manager / Funding Coordinator**
**Remote | $5–$8/hour + Commission/Bonuses | Part-Time to Full-Time | Start ASAP**
We are hiring a **Client Success Manager / Funding Coordinator** to manage client communication, organize documents, track funding applications, and keep clients moving through our process.
Our company helps entrepreneurs and business owners improve their credit profiles and secure business funding. We need someone who is organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up so every client knows what happens next.
**Your primary responsibility will be day-to-day client management and funding coordination.** You will work with our team to execute established funding plans and keep client files organized from onboarding through funding decisions.
**Responsibilities**
* Onboard new clients and clearly explain the process and required documents.
* Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, updates, and follow-ups.
* Collect and organize credit reports, business information, and supporting documents.
* Review files for completeness and flag missing information to our team.
* Coordinate application steps based on the funding strategy provided.
* Help clients complete applications accurately, with proper authorization and in accordance with our process.
* Track application statuses, approvals, denials, lender conditions, and funding amounts.
* Follow up with clients, lenders, and funding partners on outstanding items.
* Keep our CRM updated with accurate notes, documents, deadlines, and next steps.
* Identify stalled files and escalate issues that need management attention.
* Keep clients informed throughout the process without promising approvals or funding amounts.
* Help improve our onboarding, follow-up, and client service workflows.
**Required Experience & Skills**
* Previous experience in client success, account management, loan processing, or a similar client-facing coordination role.
* Strong phone,
* Experience managing multiple client files, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and online document platforms.
* Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
* Confidence handling sensitive personal and financial information securely.
* Reliable internet access and a professional environment for client calls.
* Ability to work independently and communicate promptly with our team.
**Preferred Experience**
Experience in **business funding, credit repair, lending, or financial services** is strongly preferred.
Helpful knowledge includes:
* Credit reports and common factors affecting funding readiness.
* Business credit cards, personal credit-based funding, and lines of credit.
* Funding applications and lender documentation requirements.
* GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
You do not need to independently develop funding strategies, but you must be able to learn our process, follow instructions carefully, and recognize when a file needs additional review.
**Bonus Skill: Appointment Setting**
Appointment-setting experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have experience qualifying leads, booking consultations, sending reminders, or following up with prospects, please mention it in your application.
**Who We’re Looking For**
You take ownership of follow-up, keep accurate records, and make sure clients understand their next steps. You can balance a friendly client experience with the persistence needed to collect documents and move files forward.

**Compensation & Schedule**
* **Hourly pay:** $5–$8, depending on experience.
* **Additional compensation:** Commission/bonus per successful funding file.
* **Schedule:** Part-time to full-time.
