JOB TITLE: Long-Form YouTube Video Editor – Real Estate and Relocation Channel
ABOUT US
We are a husband-and-wife real estate team serving the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. Our YouTube channel helps people who are relocating to DFW understand its cities, neighborhoods, new-construction communities, homes, and lifestyle.
YouTube is an important part of our business. Our goal is not simply to publish videos or accumulate views. We want to create genuinely helpful content that earns trust and encourages qualified viewers to contact us when they are ready to buy or sell a home.
We are looking for a dependable, creative long-form YouTube video editor to join our team for a long-term working relationship.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You will edit approximately eight long-form YouTube videos per month, averaging two completed videos per week.
Our videos generally fall into two categories:
• Informational videos about DFW cities, suburbs, neighborhoods, new construction, relocation, local development, and real estate
• Home tours and new-construction community tours
Most finished videos will be approximately 8–20 minutes long.
This is not a short-form social media editing position. Your primary responsibility will be producing polished, engaging long-form YouTube videos.

• Organize project files so they can be accessed again when needed

• Export and deliver completed videos according to YouTube specifications
• Communicate questions, missing assets, and potential delays before they become problems
• Review channel analytics and feedback when provided to help improve future edits
