JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Store Builder to own the end-to-end technical setup of new online stores. You'll build one complete, launch-ready store per week, following a documented standard operating procedure. This is a process-driven role: the system is already built — your job is to execute it with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Main responsibilities

Research: Analyze demand and trends to pick a niche with strong, rising momentum, and study competitor stores for high-converting patterns to model.
Set up: Provision a business phone line with a voicemail, create a branded business email, open the Shopify store, and establish the brand's Instagram.
Build: Construct the store on our pre-built theme — populate pages, replace placeholders, configure checkout, shipping, and promotional elements, and import product catalog.
Optimize: Configure brand settings, validate structured data with Google's Rich Results Test, and verify the store in Google Search Console with the sitemap submitted.
Launch: Create the Google Merchant Center listings, build the Google Ads Shopping campaign, configure payment processing, and monitor listing approvals until the store is fully live.
Fix fast: Turn around any review feedback or required fixes same-day or next-day.

Remuneration
---
On top of a base salary, optionality exists for a bonus on top of your salary. The better the stores you build, the more you earn. Builders who consistently produce stores that can scale will be paid accordingly.
