JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Do

1. Organize the content provided to you into a content calendar and posting schedule, and create the posts themselves.
2. Develop a strategy for what content clients need to provide to create the desired final product.
3. Write scroll-stopping captions and apply a smart hashtag strategy to expand reach.
4. Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, matching each brand's tone.
5. Drive follower growth, engagement, and leads to the website through organic social growth.
6. Create a weekly analytics report and an end-of-month report tracking growth over time: views, engagement, likes, comments, and follower trends.

Who You Are

- A confident English communicator who writes captions and replies that feel true to the brand
- A great communicator and fast learner who stays calm under pressure and has an eye for detail
- A natural problem solver
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar
- Someone with proven results from past social media work: real growth numbers, not just claims

Accounts: You'll start with two accounts — our own brand and one client brand
Room to grow: As we take on more clients, your hours can grow with us

Getting Started

We'll begin with a one-month get-to-know-each-other period so we can both make sure it's a great fit (starting off with 10-20 hours a week). If it is, we'd love to keep working together long term.

What Success Looks Like

- Weekly and monthly reports delivered on time
- A consistent posting schedule
- Measurable growth in engagement, followers, and website traffic
- Captions and replies that match each brand's voice
