JOB OVERVIEW

I run an Australian business providing managed database activation services for real estate agencies and am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to support an immediate client implementation, with potential for ongoing work.

The first project is already well scoped. The messaging, database segmentation, lead classification framework and reporting structure have been prepared. I need someone who can translate this into a clean, reliable GHL build and test it end to end.

The build includes SMS and email workflows, reply handling and qualification, workflow branching based on responses, lead classification and scoring, custom fields, appointment booking and reminders, internal alerts and handover, opt-out and suppression logic, pipeline updates, and weekly reporting.

The first activation group is approximately 750 contacts. Nothing will be sent to live contacts until the system has been reviewed, tested and approved. Initial end-to-end testing will use test contacts only.

I am looking for someone with strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience, particularly with workflows, SMS automation, custom fields, pipelines, appointment booking and reply handling. Experience with automated lead qualification, conversational workflows or AI-assisted conversations would be an advantage.

Clear written English and reliable communication are very important. I need someone who will acknowledge messages, flag issues early and provide brief progress updates during the build.

I would like the first working version completed within approximately 7–10 days.
