We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term.

This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you.

What you'd be doing
Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Occasionally an AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero.

Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ...
Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Danish or Swedish. But editing is a different skill from translating. You need enough sense of those languages to catch when a caption runs too long, a hook doesn't land the same way it does in English, or a cut point falls wrong against the sentence. If you can only judge pacing and hooks in English, this role isn't for you. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus.

Tools
Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts.
