JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Junior Virtual Assistant to support Janessa's Finds — a growing Amazon Influencer/UGC affiliate brand creating shoppable product review videos across YouTube, and Amazon's storefronts.

This is an entry-level, long-term, full-time remote role (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. No prior VA experience required We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following precise research criteria, ready to grow with the business. You'll work directly with the creator to keep product research, content operations, and brand outreach running smoothly.

ABOUT JANESSA'S FINDS

We produce authentic, conversion-focused Amazon affiliate content — shoppable product review videos that help shoppers make confident buying decisions. As a Platinum Amazon Influencer, we run an active pipeline across multiple storefronts (US, UK, CA, AU, DE) and take on brand partnerships through Creator Connections and direct collaborations. We're a small, focused operation building for the long term, and we want someone who grows with us.

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS — 30-DAY PAID TRAINING PERIOD

All new hires begin with a paid 30-day training period. This is your opportunity to learn our systems, workflows, and standards and for us to see how you work. At the end of the 30 days, we'll make a final hiring decision based on your performance, reliability, and fit with the team. Candidates who complete training successfully move into the full-time role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities (required from day one):

- Product research using ViralVue (Product Vue) to identify strong candidates for Amazon Creator Connections campaigns, following a specific set of filtering criteria (price range, sales volume, ratings, competition level) that we'll train you on
Compile qualifying product candidates into an organized running list for review and final decision-making
- Organize and manage product/content files and records
- Upload and publish content across platforms (Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Respond to Creator Connection messages

Learn and Grow Into (training provided):

- Brand outreach and Creator Connections campaign management
- Social media marketing and publishing calendar management
- Basic video/content editing support using AI tools (not needed now, but a valuable skill to build as the role grows)

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — this is the most important quality we're looking for
- Able to follow specific, detailed criteria precisely (this role involves screening products against a defined checklist, not general judgment calls)
- Comfortable using ViralVue and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) or eager to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload) and a capable computer
- Must install Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring
- Available for at least 1 hour overlap around 8:00 PM PHT (5:00 PM Pacific Time) for daily check-ins — exact time is flexible and can be discussed

A Plus (not required):

- Any prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or working with US-based clients
- Experience working with influencers, brands, or Amazon sellers
- Familiarity with e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or product research tools
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, etc.) — not required now, but useful down the road
- Experience with spreadsheets or content scheduling platforms

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $400 a month during 30-day training period
- $ ---------- USD/month starting salary
- 13th Month Pay in December (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
- Paid Philippine holidays after training period (1 month)
