JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor for Fast-Growing E-commerce Brand

We’re looking for a Video Editor with strong AI and marketing skills to join our growing European e-commerce brand.

You’ll create around 3 video ads per week, mainly for Facebook and Instagram.

Our videos are in Dutch, but you do not need to speak Dutch. We provide every script in both Dutch and English, so you can easily match the Dutch voiceover with the English meaning.

What we’re looking for

You should understand:

• Strong hooks and attention retention
• Direct-response ad structure
• Pacing, storytelling and visual flow
• How to match the Dutch script/voiceover with the English translation
• How to choose visuals that fit exactly what is being said
• How to turn a script into an ad that can actually perform

Most videos will use AI-generated animations, but can also include AI avatars, AI UGC, B-roll, voiceovers and image-to-video.

You should be comfortable with modern AI tools. We provide access to all the necessary AI and editing tools, so you won’t have to pay for them yourself.

Growth potential

We are not looking for someone who just wants to edit videos. We are looking for someone who wants to create winning ads.

You will receive a bonus for every winning ad you create.

Pay is **$7 to $10 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience**.

This starts with around 3 videos per week, but if you perform well, there is room for more videos, more responsibility and a long-term role within our team.
