JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing real estate media company serving real estate agents in South Florida.

We provide professional photography, video, floor plans, 3D tours and other marketing media for real estate listings.

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our Quality Control and Media Delivery process.

Your job is simple but extremely important:
Make sure everything looks right, nothing is missing and every client receives their media correctly and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Quality Control

Review completed real estate media before it reaches the client.

You'll be checking for things like:
Exposure and brightness
Accurate colours and white balance
Straight vertical lines
Cropping and composition
Blurry or soft images
HDR/editing issues
Reflections or obvious distractions
Missing images or files
Consistency throughout the gallery
Correct branding
Video quality and flow, if applicable
You'll flag problems to our editing team and make sure corrections are completed before delivery.

Media Delivery

Once everything has passed QC, you'll prepare and deliver the order.
This may include:
Uploading photos
Uploading videos
Adding floor plans
Uploading 3D tours
Checking filenames and file order
Confirming every product the client ordered is included
Preparing the final property page
Delivering completed media to the client
Tracking incomplete or delayed items
Communicating with our team when something is missing

SYSTEMS WE USE

Experience with any of these is a major advantage:

Spiro
Aryeo
Adobe Lightroom
Adobe Photoshop
Dropbox / Google Drive
Slack
You don't need experience with every platform if you're a quick learner, but real estate media experience is highly preferred.

SCHEDULE
Days: MONDAY-FRIDAY
Hours: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM EST
Hours per week: 15-20
This position requires consistent availability during these hours because our clients depend on receiving their media on time.

REQUIREMENTS
Reliable high-speed internet
Strong written English
Computer capable of handling large image and video files
Experience with [Lightroom / Photoshop if required]
Availability during the listed working hours
Ability to follow detailed processes and checklists
Previous real estate photography/media experience is preferred
