JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing remote team looking for a reliable, disciplined TikTok Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. This is a long-term, work-from-home role with a simple, repeatable daily process.

You do NOT need years of experience. We provide the training, scripts, templates, and step-by-step processes. What matters most to us is reliability and discipline — someone who shows up every day and does what they said they'd do.

What you'll do (3 core tasks):

Create & upload simple TikTok content using our templates
Reach out to potential leads through TikTok DMs (~200 DMs/day)
Chat with interested people and collect their phone numbers

Your normal day (~2–3 hrs):

Send DMs, reply to active conversations, follow our chatting script
Collect phone numbers from interested leads
Fill in your tracking sheet and send a short End-of-Day report
Plus 2 short team calls per week

How you get paid:

$300/month base pay (reliable, on-time payments)
+$0.50 for every valid phone number you collect
Example: 10 valid numbers/day ≈ +$150/month. More results = more pay.

Consistent — you don't disappear after a few days
Disciplined — you finish repetitive tasks even when you don't feel like it
Coachable — you take feedback and improve
Communicative — if there's a real problem, you tell us instead of going silent
