JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative self-driven individual to take over day-to-day marketing efforts and help grow our brand across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats- strategy, content creation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit photo/video content aligned with brand identity
Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistency and engagement
Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies based on insights
Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content accordingly
Oversee and maintain website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns
Manage multiple social media accounts and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels
Assist with general business administration tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:

Strong eye for content, aesthetics, and storytelling
Proficient in content creation tools (camera/iPhone, editing apps, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Comfortable analyzing data and optimizing performance
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Self-starter who can take initiative and run with ideas
Bonus Skills:

Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google)
Basic web design or CMS experience (e.g., Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress)
