JOB OVERVIEW

We're Green LED Lighting Solutions, a Canadian LED manufacturer. Our systems go into buildings, signs and entertainment venues across North America, and when an installer is on a job site with a controller that won't talk to the pixels, they call us. We need one more person on that phone.

SHIFT: North American business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila). Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take technical support calls and emails from North American electricians and installers during our support window. Diagnose ---------- pixel data problems, DMX addressing, voltage drop, controller setup, warranty issues.
- Write the fix down so the same call doesn't come back. Knowledge base articles, checklists, short videos.
- Between calls, produce wiring diagrams and fixture layouts in AutoCAD from our design lead's markups, and build the costed bill of materials that goes with them.

YOU NEED
- 2+ years in technical support, field service or commissioning for LED lighting, lighting controls, AV or similar low-voltage electronics
- Working knowledge of DMX512 addressing and topology, SPI pixel basics, and low-voltage DC power. We'll test this.
- AutoCAD, well enough to turn a markup into a clean electrical schematic
- Spoken English you can run a troubleshooting call with. Our callers are electricians on job sites, on bad connections, behind schedule. You'll do a live phone screen.
- Daily use of AI tools in your work. Show us how, don't tell us.
- Full availability for the fixed shift above

NOT A FIT IF
- You want a drafting job with a few calls. This is a phone job with drafting in the gaps.
- You get rattled by a frustrated caller.
- You need a script.
