JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
American Standard Adhesives is seeking an experienced Online Marketing & Sales Associate to run the day-to-day marketing and sales activity for our online store. We sell adhesives and sealants, and we're looking for someone with hands-on skill in online marketing and sales who can take ownership of the store's performance — driving traffic, conversions, and revenue.
This is a full-time position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Run the online store day-to-day, including listings, pricing, promotions, and overall storefront performance.
Plan and execute online marketing and sales campaigns to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Optimize product listings, keywords, and advertising campaigns to improve visibility and sales.
Track sales data, campaign performance, and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional content.
Manage advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads, email, social media) to maximize return on investment.
Monitor competitors, marketplace trends, and customer feedback to refine tactics.
Put together regular performance summaries.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in online marketing, digital sales, or e-commerce is required. Experience with an Amazon store or similar marketplace is strongly preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes
Solid, demonstrated knowledge of online marketing and sales tactics, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.
Proven ability to run an online store's marketing and sales day-to-day.
Analytical mindset with the ability to read sales and marketing data and act on it.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Must reside within 20–30 miles of zip code 91763 and be able to work full time on-site.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Helium 10 or similar Amazon seller/marketing tools is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or content creation tools.
Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini) to support research, content, and campaign optimization.
