Amazon & eBay E-Commerce Operations Manager

Position: Amazon & eBay E-Commerce Operations Manager

Velnor Commerce is looking for an experienced e-commerce professional based in the United States to help manage our Amazon and eBay operations.

We are building a long-term operation using Amazon FBA, FBM, eBay, AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations
* Manage eBay Seller Hub operations
* Product research and analysis
* Use SellerAmp and other product research tools
* Track products and profitability in Google Sheets
* Create and optimize Amazon/eBay listings
* Monitor inventory and pricing
* Manage FBA shipments and inventory
* Monitor FBM and eBay orders
* Handle customer messages and returns
* Research and communicate with suppliers
* Follow up with vendors
* Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work
* Prepare daily/weekly reports
* Identify problems and propose solutions

Important

You will NOT have authority to purchase inventory or spend company money.

You will research, analyze and prepare recommendations.

The owner makes the final purchasing decisions and approves all payments.

Requirements

* Must be located in the United States
* Amazon Seller Central experience
* Amazon FBA experience
* Amazon FBM experience
* eBay experience
* SellerAmp experience preferred
* Product research experience
* Google Sheets
* Strong English communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* AI/automation experience is a plus

Who We Want

We are looking for someone who can eventually operate the day-to-day e-commerce business with minimal supervision.

You should be able to identify a problem, investigate it, find a solution and report it clearly.
