JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented, strategic, and confident Pre-Litigation Specialist who knows how to evaluate a case, build leverage, negotiate effectively, and push toward significant settlements without unnecessarily taking cases into litigation.

Attorney/J.D. experience is strongly preferred, but it is NOT required. Experienced Paralegals and Legal Professionals with strong U.S. pre-litigation and settlement experience are encouraged to apply.

This is NOT a traditional litigation-heavy role.

We want someone who understands that litigation is a tool — not the goal.

THE GOAL:

Build the strongest case possible. Create leverage. Negotiate strategically. MAXIMIZE THE SETTLEMENT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Pre-Litigation Specialist, you will take ownership of cases from the early stages through resolution, developing strategies designed to achieve the best possible outcome before a lawsuit is filed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Review and analyze case facts, evidence, medical records, damages, liability, and supporting documentation
Develop strong pre-litigation strategies designed to maximize settlement value
Evaluate case value and identify opportunities to increase settlement potential
Prepare demand letters, settlement packages, legal correspondence, and case-related documents
Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties
Communicate confidently with clients and keep them informed throughout the process
Identify weaknesses in the opposing side's position and develop arguments to strengthen our client's case
Push cases forward and prevent unnecessary delays in negotiations
Recognize when litigation may be necessary while remaining focused on pre-suit resolution
Participate in mediations and settlement discussions when appropriate
Assist with discovery responses, depositions, case-related requests, and other litigation matters as needed
Work toward resolving cases efficiently while maximizing the client's potential recovery
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a legal professional who is strategic, persuasive, commercially minded, and settlement-focused.

Ideal background:
Approximately 3 years of relevant legal experience
Ideally 2+ years of pre-litigation experience
Ideally 1+ year of litigation experience
Strong experience with settlement negotiations and case resolution
Experience working with U.S. legal matters is highly preferred

Attorney/J.D. is a plus and preferred, but NOT a requirement.

Candidates with 5+ years of experience may also be considered if they have strong pre-litigation and settlement experience.
