==================================================
IMPORTANT — LONG-TERM GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
==================================================

I am specifically looking for someone who wants a LONG-TERM position and wants the opportunity to grow with the business over time.

This role begins at 6 hours/week, but it is NOT intended to remain a very small position permanently if the person hired produces strong results.

There is significant potential for the role to grow progressively in hours and responsibility — including the potential to become a FULL-TIME position — when:

- Performance is consistently strong
- Organic growth is measurable
- Qualified traffic increases
- Affiliate conversions and revenue increase
- The employee demonstrates reliability and ownership of the role
- The business revenue supports additional payroll

There is NO automatic increase in hours simply for remaining in the position for a certain amount of time.

Growth must be EARNED through proven results and supported by business revenue.

As the role and business grow, compensation may also grow through:

- Additional weekly hours
- Expanded responsibilities
- Increased hourly pay over time
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Potential progression from part-time to full-time

QUARTERLY BONUSES:

Quarterly bonuses may be awarded based on overall performance and business/revenue results.

Factors may include:

- Organic growth
- Traffic growth
- Affiliate conversions
- Revenue contribution
- Posting consistency
- Quality of work
- Analytics/reporting quality
- Compliance accuracy
- Community management
- Reliability
- Initiative
- Increased responsibility

Quarterly bonuses are performance-based and discretionary. They are not guaranteed compensation.

PAY INCREASES:

Future hourly pay increases may be considered for sustained high performance, proven business value, increased responsibility, and business growth.

Pay increases are not automatic and are not based solely on length of employment.

I want to KEEP the right person long-term and reward someone who consistently helps grow the business.

Please apply ONLY if you are:

- Looking for a long-term position
- Interested in growing your hours over time
- Interested in taking on greater responsibility
- Interested in potentially growing toward full-time work
- Comfortable starting with limited hours while proving performance
- Motivated by measurable results and long-term opportunity

If you are only looking for a temporary project, short-term side job, or permanently want only 6 hours/week, this position is NOT the right fit.

==================================================
ABOUT THE ROLE
==================================================

I am looking for an experienced Social Media Growth & Affiliate Compliance Specialist to take ownership of the social-media growth and distribution side of an established e-commerce content business.

The platforms for this role are:

- Facebook
- Instagram
- Pinterest
- YouTube Shorts

This is NOT an entry-level posting or scheduling position.

I am not looking for someone whose experience is limited to uploading content or creating attractive graphics.

I need someone who understands BOTH strategy and execution and can help produce measurable organic business growth.

You should already understand how to:

- Grow social-media accounts organically
- Increase qualified traffic
- Improve page aesthetics and branding
- Optimize content for search and discovery
- Repurpose short-form product content effectively
- Write strong titles, captions, descriptions, and calls to action
- Use social-media SEO and keywords
- Batch and schedule content efficiently
- Monitor and respond to comments
- Track and interpret analytics
- Understand affiliate marketing
- Follow U.S. FTC affiliate-disclosure requirements
- Recognize copyright and platform-policy risks
- Identify successful and underperforming content
- Test and improve strategy using data
- Work independently without constant supervision

I already have HUNDREDS of existing short-form product videos available.

You will NOT be expected to create an entire content library from scratch.

Your responsibility is to take an existing APPROVED content library and turn it into an organized, professional, compliant social-media growth system.

==================================================
PRIMARY BUSINESS GOALS
==================================================

The purpose of this position is to produce measurable improvement in:

- Organic reach
- Impressions
- Video views
- Watch ---------- where available
- Engagement
- Saves
- Shares
- Followers
- Qualified traffic
- Link clicks
- Click-through rates
- Affiliate traffic
- Affiliate conversions
- Attributable revenue where measurable

Follower growth matters, but follower count alone is NOT considered success.

The primary goal is sustained ORGANIC growth that ultimately produces traffic, clicks, conversions, and revenue.

==================================================
ORGANIC GROWTH EXPECTATION
==================================================

This role is specifically being hired to PRODUCE measurable organic growth over time — not simply maintain existing accounts.

Performance will be evaluated using actual platform analytics.

You will be expected to identify:

- What is growing
- What is declining
- What is remaining flat
- Which content performs best
- Which products/categories perform best
- Which platform performs best
- Which hooks and formats perform best
- What should be tested next
- What should receive more attention
- What should be reduced or stopped

Immediate viral growth is NOT expected.

Consistent measurable improvement, strategic testing, optimization, and data-based decision-making ARE expected.

==================================================
FIRST 30 DAYS — ACCOUNT AUDIT, CLEANUP & FOUNDATION
==================================================

During the initial 30-day paid trial, you will perform a complete audit of the existing:

- Facebook
- Instagram
- Pinterest
- YouTube accounts

You will identify:

- Account restrictions
- Account-health problems
- Page-quality issues
- Disabled features
- Incorrect settings
- Broken links
- Profile weaknesses
- Branding inconsistencies
- Linking problems
- Organic-reach problems
- Search/discovery weaknesses
- Other issues affecting growth or account performance

You should determine what can be repaired or optimized before recommending that an existing account or page be replaced.

You must immediately report any serious:

- Account restriction
- Compliance issue
- Copyright concern
- Security issue
- Suspicious account activity
- Platform-policy warning
- Disabled feature
- Link problem

Do NOT wait for the biweekly report to disclose a serious account issue.

==================================================
FIRST-WEEK ACTION PLAN
==================================================

By the end of your FIRST WEEK, provide a concise 30-day action plan showing:

- What needs to be corrected
- What needs to be optimized
- Baseline performance metrics
- Which platforms require the most attention
- What content you plan to prioritize
- Initial organic-growth objectives
- What you intend to test
- What you will measure
- What you recommend changing first

==================================================
BRANDING & ACCOUNT OPTIMIZATION
==================================================

You will review and improve the professional appearance and organization of the accounts as needed.

This may include:

- Profile images
- Cover/banner graphics
- Bios
- Descriptions
- Highlights
- Pinterest boards
- Pinterest board organization
- Link placement
- Calls to action
- Branding consistency
- Overall visual presentation

The accounts should look:

- Professional
- Cohesive
- Organized
- Trustworthy
- Conversion-focused

==================================================
ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES
==================================================

Your ongoing responsibilities include:

- Review approved existing content
- Select the strongest content for distribution
- Repurpose content appropriately for each platform
- Create platform-specific titles
- Write captions and descriptions
- Conduct keyword/search optimization
- Use hashtags appropriately where beneficial
- Create calls to action
- Create optimized Pinterest titles and descriptions
- Maintain a content calendar
- Batch content efficiently
- Schedule content in advance
- Publish consistently
- Maintain appropriate affiliate links and tracking
- Monitor content performance
- Monitor comments and engagement
- Respond appropriately to comments
- Identify winning content
- Identify underperforming content
- Recommend what should be reposted
- Recommend what should be repurposed
- Recommend what should be improved
- Recommend what should be retired

You should identify patterns involving:

- High-performing products
- Categories
- Hooks
- Topics
- Formats
- Posting times
- Platforms
- Calls to action
- Traffic sources
- Conversion performance

Recommendations must be based on actual performance data whenever available.

==================================================
REQUIRED WEEKLY POSTING CADENCE
==================================================

A substantial approved content library already exists.

You are expected to work efficiently by BATCHING AND SCHEDULING content in advance.

You are NOT expected to work every day simply because content is being published throughout the week.

After the initial account setup period, the MINIMUM posting requirement is:

FACEBOOK

- 5 Reels/posts per week

INSTAGRAM
- 5 Reels per week

YOUTUBE SHORTS
- 5 Shorts per week

PINTEREST
- 7 Pins or video Pins per week
- Goal: scheduled daily Pinterest activity

MINIMUM WEEKLY OUTPUT:
22 social-media placements

MINIMUM 4-WEEK OUTPUT:
Approximately 88 social-media placements

One approved source video may be strategically repurposed across multiple platforms when appropriate.

However, simply uploading identical content everywhere without platform-specific optimization is NOT sufficient.

Each platform should receive appropriate optimization for:

- Title
- Caption
- Description
- Keywords
- Search/discovery
- Hashtags where appropriate
- Call to action
- Affiliate disclosure
- Link strategy

Quality, compliance, traffic, clicks, and conversions are more important than blindly increasing posting volume.

If analytics support changing the posting cadence, you may recommend a change in your biweekly report.

Significant changes require approval before implementation.

==================================================
COMMENT & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT — REQUIRED
==================================================

You are responsible for monitoring comments and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

- Respond professionally to legitimate comments
- Encourage genuine engagement where appropriate
- Answer basic questions when the answer is known and approved
- Respond in a timely manner
- Never invent product information
- Never make unsupported claims
- Never argue with followers
- Never make unauthorized promises about:
- Products
- Pricing
- Shipping
- Warranties
- Health outcomes
- Product performance
- Escalate sensitive or questionable comments when needed
- Escalate significant negative comments
- Flag potential compliance concerns
- Identify spam and suspicious activity
- Report potential reputation or account threats

Comment management is part of the role and must be included within assigned weekly hours.

==================================================
AFFILIATE & FTC COMPLIANCE — MANDATORY
==================================================

This business uses affiliate marketing.

You must already understand U.S. FTC endorsement and affiliate-disclosure requirements.

You must understand:

- Material connections
- When affiliate relationships require disclosure
- Clear and conspicuous disclosure
- Appropriate disclosure wording
- Appropriate disclosure placement
- Why disclosure must be easy to notice
- Why disclosure should not be buried in hashtags
- Why vague disclosure language may be inadequate

You must understand disclosure considerations involving:

- Facebook
- Instagram
- Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Pinterest
- Videos
- Captions
- Descriptions
- Affiliate links

You should also understand:

- When disclosure may need to appear within video content
- Why built-in platform disclosure tools should not automatically be assumed sufficient on their own
- Misleading product-claim risks
- Unsupported health/performance claims
- Basic copyright risks
- Basic content-usage risks
- Platform-policy risks

You should NOT need to be taught basic affiliate compliance after being hired.

If you are uncertain whether something is compliant, FLAG IT BEFORE POSTING.

Do not guess.

==================================================
BIWEEKLY ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE REPORTING — REQUIRED
==================================================

A detailed written analytics report is required EVERY TWO WEEKS.

The report must use actual platform data whenever available and break results down by platform.

At minimum, include:

- Number of posts published
- Organic reach
- Impressions
- Video views
- Watch ---------- where available
- Engagement
- Likes
- Comments
- Saves
- Shares
- Follower growth
- Link clicks
- Click-through rate where available
- Affiliate traffic where available
- Affiliate conversions/commissions where available
- Best-performing posts
- Best-performing videos
- Best-performing products/categories
- Best-performing platform
- Underperforming content
- Comment/engagement trends
- What was tested
- What improved
- What declined
- What remained flat
- What you learned
- What you recommend changing during the next two weeks

Whenever possible, compare the current two-week period against the previous reporting period.

Statements such as:

"Engagement is improving"

are NOT sufficient without supporting data.

During the initial 30-day trial, TWO formal reports are required:

- Approximately Day 14
- Approximately Day 30

==================================================
PROOF OF EXPERIENCE — REQUIRED
==================================================

I am specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate real previous results.

Whenever possible, provide:

- Screenshots of analytics
- Before/after follower growth
- Organic-reach improvements
- Traffic improvements
- Link-click improvements
- Conversion results
- Examples of accounts you personally managed

You may hide confidential client information.

Generic claims such as:

"I have grown several social-media accounts"

are NOT sufficient.

==================================================
ACCOUNT SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
==================================================

Strict account security is required.

You may NOT:

- Change account ownership without permission
- Remove owner/admin access
- Add users without authorization
- Change passwords without approval
- Change recovery information without approval
- Connect unauthorized third-party applications
- Share login information
- Allow another person to access the accounts
- Download or reuse proprietary content for unrelated purposes
- Publish unapproved content
- Make unauthorized account changes

All business information, content, analytics, strategies, account access, and performance data are confidential.

==================================================
PROHIBITED GROWTH METHODS
==================================================

Do NOT apply if your growth strategy includes:

- Buying followers
- Buying likes
- Buying comments
- Buying engagement
- Bots
- Fake accounts
- Fake engagement
- Spam
- Follow/unfollow schemes
- Engagement pods
- Mass commenting
- Black-hat tactics
- Unauthorized automation
- Unauthorized copyrighted material
- Misleading claims
- Any tactic that could jeopardize an account or affiliate relationship

Growth must be legitimate and organic.

==================================================
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR LONG TERM
==================================================

I am looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term part of the business.

The ideal person does not view this as simply a 30-day project or a permanent 6-hour-per-week side job.

I want someone who:

- Wants to grow with the company
- Wants increased hours when performance supports it
- Wants increased responsibility over time
- Wants the opportunity to earn more over time
- Wants to build a long-term working relationship
- Is motivated by measurable performance
- Is comfortable being accountable for results
- Takes ownership of their work
- Can grow from executor into a larger strategic role

If performance is strong and the business continues to grow, this position has the potential to progress from:

6 HOURS/WEEK
to additional part-time hours
to a larger ongoing role
and potentially to FULL-TIME.

The speed of that progression will depend entirely on performance, results, available workload, and business revenue.

==================================================
IDEAL CANDIDATE
==================================================

The ideal candidate is:

- Experienced
- Independent
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
- Analytical
- Proactive
- Growth-oriented
- Long-term focused
- Interested in increasing responsibility
- Interested in increasing hours based on results
- Comfortable with accountability
- Comfortable being measured by performance
- Able to work without daily hand-holding
- Able to identify problems early
- Able to recommend solutions
- Clear and concise in communication
- Comfortable following exact procedures
- Focused on traffic, conversions, revenue, and sustainable organic growth
